      Don't Care About Our Safety - Terrible Employer

      There is nothing good about working here.

      Cons

      They don't care about our safety - whether it's making us drive in ice and snow or whether it's being exposed to COVID at hospital, nursing homes, etc. Pay is terrible; Company car program is terrible. Honestly, there are a lot of things wrong with this company.

      Xerox declining atmosphere in all areas.

      Pros

      Steady work, and well known company.

      Cons

      Years of decline in benefits and little to no pay raises for last 10 years. Poor management intent on managing by numbers only. Great performers being put on corrective action because certain abstract metrics are not being met.

      A Shell of its Former Self

      Pros

      Still a market leader. Still able to 'keep the lights on' and make payroll. The "Pros" are disappearing quickly.

      Cons

      - Poor work/life balance. - The 'printer' market continues to decline. Organic growth is nearly impossible. - The company is controlled by an activist investor. Anyone who thinks there is any plan other than to get him the best ROI is naive. - CFO resigned abruptly. (Never a good sign.) - Lack of integrity - Execs rave about great performance and upbeat outlook to Wall Street then tells employees that it will be unable to pay the promised 401K match due to poor performance - this after switching from a quarterly match to an annual match that was due Janaury 2021
