Pros

Co-workers were great people to work to work alongside.

Cons

Local management seemed uninspired to invest in people willing to go the extra mile and groom for advancement. The work place was full of people with potential... but because they were entry level, management did not take the time to realize people have skills from other careers or life in general. After HR, Training was the second Xerox entity to meet new hires, over the course of training encountered many people with potential that walked out the door after realizing working there was a dead end.

Pros

Only good thing about it...if you don't get cut during their process of merging every core company in the US there is a potential for growth as far as other opportunities within Xerox.

Cons

Very unstable company. They kept informing employees that great things will happen and all customer facing personnel are safe from being let go. Only to find out that without a warning they did eliminated the Technical service management position and left an area service manager to handle 30+ Field technicians. With this type of structure...I don't see any development that will take place with the field techs. Everyone became a number just to protect their bottom line. Whatever happen to investing in people??? They sure don't care.
