Horrible management. Managers need to be more up to date and they constantly try to micromanage. They are extremely outdated and unprofessional with other employees. Sales people do not work they just pretend to go out and sell but they go home and sleep. This company is a joke, they don’t support their employees and the training program is a waste of time. The person in charge of training new hires is not prepared for such role. There is a huge problem with conflict of interest and employees go above and beyond by flirting with managers and wearing short skirts to get sales leads and raises. People are unprofessional and have an immense lack of work ethic. Do not work here.

Please consider bringing your concerns forward to HR so we can work toward making improvements. Work ethic and being a great place to work are very important. Additionally, we are actively seeking more women to join our sales force. A short time ago, our sales teams were predominantly women. We want to attract talented women and make this a great career, and a great place to work, for all. We use metrics to improve performance for individuals and the company. Managing with metrics help determine what stages of the selling process a sales person excels at, or needs development in. Micromanaging is not the intent.
