      Pockets of areas where great experience can be obtained. Has been a resume builder for last decade

      Cons

      Lack of vision by leadership; living off fumes of past decades of innovation and diversity - significantly challenged in both areas for last 15 years. Not an inviting environment for people of color or young professionals; Key HR leaders don't live up to values and culture they promote.

      there use to be many, now there are none

      Cons

      Xerox has gone down the toilet.. no longer cares about people at all. No loyalty to employees, no communication, change policies with out notification. TERRIBLE environment, people are sad and scared and it is a terrible work environment. Management that is good and and hard workers are leaving and getting laid off by the hundreds!
