Pros

Great if you're desperate for anything. Minimum wage plus benefits. See cons. Room for growth as long as you're will to sell your soul.

Cons

You're nothing but a number to them. Their entire business model is based on employee turnover to ensure you never last long enough to be eligible for benefits. The bonus system is structured like Vegas. The house always wins. You have to request a day off weeks in advance. So don't expect any leniency.

Pros

People work well together. Benefits are good, but not what they used to be.

Cons

Upper management believes cutting costs and outsourcing/offshoring positions is the solution. Although Jeff Jacobson is the new CEO, the cost cutting/offshoring continues.
