Pros

Every year the company provides a "President's Trip" to it's top performers in Sales, Service and Admin. This is a well done and high class event, occasionally 4-5 days in an all inclusive type environment. In my 26 years with the company I have been fortunate to have qualified for this event a few times. Even if the trip is not at a location that I may have selected for myself, the accommodations are always top notch and above expectation. I believe that this is a benefit that is not offered to most companies, as my friends are always jealous on the years I am able to qualify.

Cons

The trip is not a "free-lunch" and even hard work does not qualify everyone. Hard work and results are required to achieve this additional bonus. (if that is a con)

Thanks for the great review! We take pride in our Presidents Circle of Excellence (PCE) program here at MOS. It is truly a reward for us to provide our employees with the opportunity to get away ON US. Many of our representatives have gone on these trips year after year – it’s within reach for everyone! As we say here at MOS, “TRIP”, is the highlight at each kick-off dinner when we announce not only the winners but also the location of the next year's adventure! Destinations like Sedona, Park City, Napa Valley, Cancun, Riviera Maya, Jamaica are just a few locations that we have gone to over the past years. Next year, we are looking forward to hosting our PCE winners in the beautiful location of Costa Rica!

Pros

there are not PROS to working at Xerox

Cons

Low raises, most work is heading to the 'right shore' which is Guatemala or India. No remote work unless you part of a call center, all higher level jobs have to be in Rochester or Norwalk and they wont pay to move you so no advancement, Even if you do get an offer to for a new internal role, your manager will likely stop it as there seems to be a perpetual hiring freeze. No raise in over 6 years, finally got one that did not even meet inflation for the last year,
