Benefits are a little pricy compared to where I come from. For what you pay each month benefits could be better. (Medical)

Pay was great, but now its pitiful. On track to make almost half of what I have during the prior 5 years with similar success. Management thinks anyone can do what we do, and doesn't value employees whatsoever. Very sad, could be good but goals are unrealistic and bonuses are only advances on unattainable quotas and must be paid back when you fall below 100% at year end.
