Pros

I can't think of one other than it is a job.

Cons

Awful management, treat sales people worse than any other company I have worked for. Will go after you for a cancellation of a contract even if you did not sign the contract, retro activates their quota so you don't win presidents club. Same technology for the last 12 years. R&D budget is minimal, over paying for ACS was a disaster, and the integration of both companies has been a failure. 6 Months after you leave they will try to collect an 'overpaid" commission from you. If you fail to pay them they will tarnish your credit. RUN!
