Lots of opportunities for prizes and trips for those in Sales. Good training foundation

Cons

When it comes to classes, education and training, if you aren't in sales, it seems as if these opportunities are not offered to you. There's not much room for advancement unless you want to go to Xerox direct.

It is a fun job if you enjoy Russian roulette. Every quarter you get to see who survives the latest round of layoffs.

Cons

The company doesn't understand what it sells and is too large to understand how to treat it's employees. The CEO thinks collaboration means patting someone on the back and saying "good job."
