      Pros

      Co workers are the ONLY reason I stayed 2 1/2 years

      Cons

      Upper management, in fear of losing their contract, does not hold agents accountable for poor attendance, poor performance, etc. You end up putting someone on a final final final. Supervisors are rated on stats and not allowed to fix those stats with poor emoyees because it is all about the dollars and numbers to upper management. Agents are underpaid and underappreciated. Supervisors are overworked and undersupported

      Pros

      I don't know if there is any positives to be seen in my time working at Xerox (then ACS). The most I got out of the job was the friendships that I made. I was able to have good work/life balance, but that doesn't mean much if you can barely survive off what you're making.

      Cons

      This is a dead end job with almost zero mobility. There was always a promise of something more without ever actually providing the growth. I worked and worked and doors never opened.

      great company to work for. they treated you with respect and have decent benefits. room for other opportunities is good too.

      Cons

      Some mid level managers have tunnel vision with micromanaging skills that make for challenges that allow companies to continue to be innovative
