Pros

The people I worked with seemed to want to do their jobs correctly on most occasions. Some of them were even passionate about making their roles more impactful.

Cons

I had a leader who was not honest. She ran her business like a dictator and belittled her leadership team publicly. She outwardly showed favoritism but most of all she misrepresented information in client reports and made false accusations against some managers.

Pros

Great training. On-line and in person, Xerox has great training available if you want to take advantage of it. Splitting ACS will be good for the company.

Cons

Ursula, the worst CEO a company can have (good for share holders). As she put it, if you want to buy technology, we'll sell it to you. But we are no longer investing in it. And so it was true and that also included their investment in their people (if you were in the technology side of the company). That may have been good for the Services side. Compensation. I was selling the same amount but my income dropped from low 100's to mid 50's in about three years. Couldn't afford to continue to work there.

Pros

There were good people in the Webster facility and a lot of knowledge. They had a relatively strong career development program in the 90s and 00s.

Cons

Constant layoffs that barely affected middle management. No vision from management. A huge glut of unmotivated workforce that would sit in cubicles all day.
