Amazing product, awful upper managment

Pros

The employees are great. The product is amazing and would useful for a laboratory to use and if they use it as intended they could make a lot of money with it.

Cons

Upper managment is terrible, we have directors and VPs who are the worst. They listen to untrustworthy employees who are only out for number 1 and ready to throw others under the bus. Xifin hires VPs who don't have any experience in the positions or industry and expect the rest of the staff to respect them. Our directors get threatened by others who know a lot and make sure to drive those employees away. It is truly sickening the way upper management treats the staff. I've been at Xifin for many years and it was not always this bad, but it is to the point where many of the staff are done and will be gone.

Pros

The company is growing. Hard work is noticed and rewarded with promotions. It's a fast paced fun place to work with a great product. A lot of tenured employees proves its a company worth staying and growing with!

Cons

Don't believe the few negative reviews from former employees. Its work, if you can't perform the required skills of the job than you won't make it here. The majority of us love working here!

Friday bagels, free soda, great weather.

Cons

Management and HR actually solicit and encourage their staff to write extremely positive reviews on Glassdoor, in addition to their own glowing reviews, to try to counter the all of the honest negative reviews. The company is imploding due to poor management, blatant favoritism, management by intimidation, and outdated thinking. Some members of the upper echelon micromanage daily operations and rule by intimidation and bias to feed their egos. The product is outdated and employee turnover is very high (especially in Implementation and Engineering). Morale is very low and most people are actively seeking other opportunities.
