      Xifin is one of the best company to work for for in the San Diego area.

      Pros

      Xifin is one of the best company to work for for in the San Diego area. Xifin treats it's employees well and pays just above average. Xifin has pretty good benefits and you will always here people laughing in there offices. Xifin has a great open door policy. Xifin is always will to let employees take time off for family reasons.

      Cons

      There are on a very few cons at Xifin. They do not provide a match on the 401K, xifin also does not provide relocations cost to potential employees from outside the state.

      Pros

      Stable and ethical management team. A healthy environment. Collaborative and supportive. The vision of the company is clear, forward-thinking and exciting. The atmosphere is happy, energetic, and delightful to be a part of. The management includes impressive people with strong backgrounds who lead the company in an organized, responsible, and admirable fashion. The culture is inviting and charming. The people are talented, friendly, collaborative, and overall optimistic.

      Cons

      Overall a great place. Highly secure environment, which is an adjustment but makes sense and is something to be proud of.

      Pros

      Casual dress, free soda fountain, bagels on Fridays. Great friendly people. Positive outlook for future growth. Accrue third week vacation beginning day one of fourth year. Normal holidays plus two floating for a total of 7. Company does not operate on the PTO model.

      Cons

      Hiring has not kept up with growth. Some outside hires into upper Mgmt caused more harm than help. Those capable rarely promoted, but good enough to train those from outside hired above them. Does not make sense. Some Depts are the "golden child" and all decisions made to help them, whether or not to the detriment of others.
