All of the people who work there. I have met some great people during my time there. Free bagels on Friday’s.

Cons

Favoritism is a problem in the billing department/call center. Can’t be promoted unless you are a teachers pet. No mutual respect between the employees and management.

Flexible hours depending on the department. CEO is passionate about Mission of company.

Cons

Departments are segregated. Employees do not seem to want to engage with one another. There is a lack of unity amongst the company.

Culture of trust and respect. Very friendly and positive! Employee input is encouraged. One of the best work environments I have been in. Flexibility. Allowed for time off.

Cons

Needs more room for advancement.
