-Quality and quantity of your work matters not, it only matters if your management knows how to sell it -Performance based compensation is a political battle. Follow the right boss and you'll be heavily rewarded.

A company with great potential. For now, it's still the leader. Has great products and the work can be exciting.

Cons

Has lost it's way in innovation and leadership. No longer empowers employees in the decision making process. Decisions come from executive staff who are not knowledgeable. The executive leadership does not know what it takes to win.
