I'm going to be honest, I've been avoiding writing a review for some time now...but it's not what you think. This review has been rolling around in the back of my mind for ages because my Xola experience has been one of the most formative opportunities in my life (not just the professional part, all of it). How do you put something like that into words? Well, here's my attempt at it. Everything about Xola exceeds expectations. Xola is more than just a job, this team is more than just a group of co-workers, and what we build is more than just another SaaS product. This is the most dynamic and rewarding environment I've ever been a part of. Imagine the smartest, hardest-working people you know and then multiply all their skills ten-fold. Those are the kind of people you'll meet at Xola. Personally and professionally, everyone here from our CEO down never ceases to inspire me. I'm lucky to be able to call them my friends and colleagues. Each person contributes something different to the company, but what's consistent is our no-drama, no-BS attitude where the most important thing is to become the best booking software out there and transform the tourism industry one company at a time. We're not here to undercut each other, we're here to support everyone as best we can and succeed as a team. If you choose Xola, expect to work your butt off. You'll need to intelligently manage your priorities and stay very self-disciplined. You'll have A LOT of responsibilities and you're going to learn a ton faster than you ever thought possible. You'll also smile every time you walk in the office and see your co-workers. You'll look forward to happy hours and team outings. You'll have pride in your work and confidence in your company's vision. You'll feel happier, more challenged, and more fulfilled than you have at any job before. When I first chose Xola, I had no idea that I had just won the job jackpot. I got lucky, you can be smart.

I am new to the tech industry (I previously worked in tourism and event management) and couldn't ask for better managers (or better described- role models) during my career change. Everyone I work with is brilliant and humble! Our office is incredible! It is in an industrial warehouse with exposed brick and iron beams. We also have a fully stocked healthy fridge and get gourmet lunch catered everyday.
