Pros

Manual dexterity and attention to detail were always said to be what was needed. Others just needed to be a warm body. Lots of workplace certificates that probably should take more stringent procedures to live up to, but don't worry, you'll scrape by.

Cons

Strong cognitive disconnect in communication between upper management and the daily workers. Conscious decisions to avoid dealing with problem employees increasing the workload on others. Lots of talk about teamwork without fostering any goodwill. Increasing rates of employee turnover signals the rising stress in those that work vs those that know how to shirk. When a reliable veteran employee cracks from ever increasing stress, discard them. When a new employee actively hinders production, keep them on for years out of fear of a wrongful termination lawsuit.

Terrible work environment

Pros

If it works out you might learn something

Cons

The technology team is very overwhelmed. This comes from terrible management and policies from managers. Technical managers don't have the proper experience and project management skills. Managers will lie to your face even if you're giving it your all.

Pros

The company was preparing for an IPO and was successful.

Cons

The starting pay for sales and operations staff is an embarrassment. Not aligned with its industry (or other major industries). Additionally, lack of trust in Sales and Operations leadership—a lot of playing favorites and inconsistencies in process management.
