Pros

Any 5 star reviews you see on this site are left by managers pretending to be other positions and are all fake. I was asked several times during my tenure to leave a 5 star review.

Cons

- People ... Sales Ops Management (The Troll of Oz) has made it so that calls are recorded, activity in CRM is recorded and ranked daily, they use a phone system that mandates you have to be "logged in" to receive/ make calls..oh and the caller ID just doesn't work and half the reps can't receive incoming calls because of the faulty software - Accounts are redistributed on the sales team in a totally subjective manner, mid week, mid month, it doesn't matter to them. 99% of the time zero notice is given to the rep who is losing the accounts, and the best accounts are given to brand new salespeople - Comp... has decreased significantly every year and is far from competitive

Manipulative and Toxic Leadership

Pros

lots of learning experience for custom manufacturing

Cons

Aggressive sales objectives yield unprofitable ecosystem. Projects are underbid from the jump and failure is commonplace. Instead of refining operational and sales processes through root-cause analysis and corrective action practices, staff’s labor is over leveraged at the crack of senior leaderships whip to spend extensive man hours to solve the unsolvable. Senior leadership amnesia is commonplace due to ineffective information systems which leads to redundant meetings and confusion & setbacks when reminding leaders of issues so they can micromanage ineffective solutions. staff across all departments are publicly shamed and reprimanded when razor-thin solutions do not work out, and staff-level feedback which forecasts issues and failures is often suppressed rather than heeded. motivation by fear seams to be the tactic of choice. furthest thing from synergy between departments, and the blame-game is epidemic. you better not get caught holding the bag, let alone be accountable. everyone does what they can to say “not my problem”, because the risk of taking responsibility is too great. TLDR: Fear, manipulation, toxicity, mismanagement, micromanagement, inefficient, burn out culture, bleak outlook

Pros

The pay is decent enough

Cons

What a mess!! The executives and upper management there do not know how to treat employees and don't know what they are doing. They snap their fingers expecting you to drop everything and jump to accommodate their request regardless of what other priorities you may have.
