      Pros

      Some projects are good. Involves challenging development work. But some are not good. The management is friendly. Salaries are usually good if you can bargain. Some projects follow a body shopping kind of model.

      Cons

      Sometimes the company hires people without much foresight. After a while if the client is not happy with the employee then he is left stranded. And if he is a high paid employee then he may have to look for other opportunities.
