      Pros

      I consider this company a second home. I've worked in a lot of awful work cultures and have experienced terrible things at other companies but Xsolla has created a safe place for me to grow my career and experience. I love my coworkers and I get to work on projects that mean something and have an impact. This is a new age for the company and what we are working towards will make a difference and help the industry.

      Cons

      The benefits are great. My team is great. What we are doing is important and unifying. Sometimes the workload is a lot but I don't care because I'm passionate about what I do. When I need a break my team makes sure to let me have the time to breathe, as long as I know what I need my team will support me. I don't see any cons at Xsolla because its only been good experiences so far!

You'll have the chance to work with some of the world's top gaming companies and attend the coolest conferences globally. 3. We've got a fantastic and super supportive team here. 4. There's always room to grow and learn. As long as you keep bringing your A-game, Xsolla is ready to invest in your development. 5. For the product folks: watching millions of players use your creations and seeing the impact they have on the industry is truly something else.

      1. Flexibility with process changes is a must. 2. Being part of a global company like Xsolla means that managers often have packed schedules

      Pros

      -never a repetitive day. -always learning new technologies

      Cons

      -Goals and Performance Metrics always are changing -Culture is a bit stale and sometimes operate fear based. HR needs an overhaul and more training in order to improve -Leadership needs to work closer and understand the day to day of the individual contributor more frequently -Pay gaps are too big. Loyal employees are underpaid and the new hires are overpaid.
