      Great colleagues to work with across multiple timezones

      Getting a pay rise is impossible. When first joining it seemed like it would be an annual increase based on performance. However, this isn't the case because despite how hard you work, getting a pay rise seems impossible. Instead they start working on how teams can get bonuses, except getting them is also unclear - just a carrot on a stick to tease workers.
