Pros

Fast growing company in two of the hottest industries- video games & fintech. Plenty of opportunities to pursue what interests you. Great people to work with and no internal politics. Very fast paced work environment. Get to work with the biggest games and payment providers in the world.

Cons

Not a place for people who aren’t self-motivated. Things change rapidly, which isn’t for everyone.

Pros

I consider this company a second home. I've worked in a lot of awful work cultures and have experienced terrible things at other companies but Xsolla has created a safe place for me to grow my career and experience. I love my coworkers and I get to work on projects that mean something and have an impact. This is a new age for the company and what we are working towards will make a difference and help the industry.

Cons

The benefits are great. My team is great. What we are doing is important and unifying. Sometimes the workload is a lot but I don't care because I'm passionate about what I do. When I need a break my team makes sure to let me have the time to breathe, as long as I know what I need my team will support me. I don't see any cons at Xsolla because its only been good experiences so far!
