      It’s a paycheck instead of unemployment.

      Cons

      Offensively low pay, unethical salary setting practice. Gov’t contractor who is untouchable as woman-owner, veteran-owned, small business, etc.

      Pros

      the only positive I can think of is that the benefits package helps pay for the entirety of my commute in the city ( not Metro parking), and the close proximity to metro stations

      Cons

      -toxic work environment is an understatement, the treatment of associates is problematic to say the least. There are blatant cases of sexism and prejudice that no one seems to want to address.

      Pros

      Teleworking with government team. Contract supervisor is cool.Does help with commute to work as far as Metro.

      Cons

      Insurance is not good enough. They barely care about you or have your back.I wouldn’t go back to that company. No Raise! Pay isn’t good enough
