      There are no pros besides having a job

      Everything. The company first did not do a good job screen for my job. They asked me various questions about my personality and one semi technical question related to if I knew the material. A simple Yes satisfied them. The company also tells employees that they should NOT file for unemployment because the company will deny them although they are not stupid enough to write it down but will advise you orally. This practice really leads to hate this company due to their "Dirty" tactics. If I did not hear it with my own hears I would not have believed it.

      A steady flow of income.

      Cons

      There is barely any opportunity for growth. You either work on the 6th floor or 1st. 6th floor is chill, less micromanaging. The managers are incompetent and show favoritism. The 1st floor is a small office where you will face micromanaging, constant scrutiny, and horrendous work environment. They are not lenient on attendance. You do not get yearly raises. Do not tell your business to anyone in there.
