      The products are fantastic and so many great staff

      Cons

      Too many claims to be something they are not. Volunteer hours are demanded and are not about volunteering. There is a bullying culture to get results but put on a caring face. Too many good people leave because they can’t change things in America. Too many staff coast through their career and are not managed as leaders have to watch their backs from above!
