      Pros

      If you're still employed at Xylem, then I guess at least you still have a job. This is the only good thing I can think of at the moment.

      Cons

      - Very high staff turnover. - Unrealistic goals and expectations ("180M by 2018"...wishful thinking) and lacks long-term goals. - Lack in-house expertise due to high turnover, with many experienced people leaving the company. - Confusing corporate identity or lack of. - Lots of people who seem to do nothing to contribute being shuffled around from one position to the next over the years, while hard-working employees having to constantly justify their existence. - Very unprofessional practice when it comes to implementing redundancies. - Lack of any career development & opportunity.

      Empowered to be as successful as you want to be. Strong support team. Great people. Superb Benefits Flexibility to run your own business.

      Cons

      This is outside sales in true form. If you're willing to put in the work and the time, you can be as successful as you want to be. Some people are cut out for it and some people are not.

      Pros

      Great job. Hard work and contractors can be challenging but it is worth the time spent cultivating relationships.

      Cons

      Working with sewage is not for the faint of heart. You can get involved with some heavy labor if you get a big project and help is not readily available. Customers will respect you for seeing you on the sight so it does have some positives.
