      Good people and a lot of potential

      Pros

      Great people working really hard to deliver to expectations. Base pay appears to be on the top end and benefits are in-line with industry standards.

      Cons

      Not all, but much of the Executive and mid-level management leave a lot to be desired. Too many projects with no priorities and lack of decision making. Too busy managing up with little concern for those below, especially on the engineering side. No bonus structure below executive team with poor yearly raises. Lack of uniform process and tool usage.

      Pros

      My boss who i reported to was great. That's the only pro I can think off.

      Cons

      Senior management in the US do not respect the work-life balance, they expect you to work until midnight and weekends when feel like it, long hours, while they do not show up in the office until midday because they had an appointment with a personal trainer, or had to take the car to the garage, etc. I have been to the US a few times, to meet with management and they didn't show up in the office at all. You can't trust people in this company. Lots of customers not paying invoices because the quality of the products are bad, and they company is not doing anything to solve the problems, really old outstanding receivable balances.

      Downward spiral very bad times

      Pros

      No one cares what your doing! Can get away with murder!! Overtime rate is good for engineers good benefits.

      Cons

      Bad communication all round, all good staff have gone. All went downhill after buying other companies. No progression, no investing in people, just bad atmosphere all round, basic pay imo is crap
