Pros

The people that have been there over 5 years, when it was ITT;

Cons

Benefits dwindled away since the split in 2011; pension was frozen, all of the policies were changed in order to benefit the upper management that have been there less than 5 years. Everyone works from home, on mondays & fridays from 10 -3pm..

Pros

Not a high pressure environment in most roles, doesn't normally require long hours. For the most part pretty friendly.

Cons

Very poor HR means no growth paths or even a good annual goal setting or review process. Management is afraid of change and is not strategic.
