Pros
The only pro that I can think of is that there was free tea and coffee. Apart from that not much else.
Cons
Worked to the bone for not much reward. Kept in the dark over serious issues that affected me directly. Treated like a junior member of staff when in fact a senior manager. Not much prospect for career development unless you have worked for GE, because then you are in the in crowd. Great example of another great company being used by the Americans as a cashpoint.
