      Pros

      Management were very helpful in furthering goals of the department. The company had a very good 401k plan.

      Cons

      I'm not sure there were many downsides. There wasn't much not to like. We got paid well and the benefits were good.

      Pros

      Great Co-workers and Supervisors. Location was great and very understanding when I need to take some personal time off.

      Cons

      Worked as Temp and was hard to get hired full time perm. Pay as a temp was a little low. Oracle was new and dropping out allot. Felt jerked around in the end.

      Worst run company ever, upper mgmt on site, decisions seem to show this is not a long term business
