Pros

Good CEO. Good vision.

Cons

No real concern for work/life balance, though it is talked about as if it means something (just do not try it). CEO does not appear to understand how some of his new direct reports are showing favoritism, and terminating good, qualified people just because they question them, or, it is thought, to show how powerful they are. Compliance is actually an afterthought (qualifications?) even though that is not the message to employees.

Pros

The people are nice. Salary is almost competitive. relaxed atmosphere when things are going well. Great work/life balance if you work hard.

Cons

Lack of direction from the top. Benefits are getting worse every year. Very little career growth opportunities.

Overworked Finance Organization

Pros

Great benefits in the form of 401k match and corporate perks discounts.

Cons

Ancient PTO policy without roll-over in a very high pressure environment, i.e. you barely get to use your vacation days. The finance organization as a whole is under to much stress and doesn't fit into the 21st century with out dated technology and management style.
