      - Hours are flexible. - Results based. I.e. Do you work on time and there are little issues with management - Competitive Salary - Decent 401K options - Good benefits - Somewhat laid back

      Cons

      - Information is hard to find - Answers to questions change depending on who you ask - No clear training programs - Servers are cluttered with old/incorrect info. making it hard to find relevent info

      The vision is solid, the products are amazing, it feels amazing to work for a company with so much potential. It really helps make a positive difference in the world.

      Cons

      Complex, Complex. Complex. Decision making is slow and confusing. Unable to move fast. Flavor of the month type of leadership.
