Pros

The mission of the company is a good one. Work/life balance is good.

Cons

The company has too much focus on forecasting. The structure of the business is conducive to a lot of competition and infighting between the different businesses that make up the entire company.

Pros

None that come to my mind. You get to hurt all over everyday

Cons

This is the hardest and most boring job I've ever done. It's extremely hot and you don't really get to move around at all. Your stuck in one spot lifting pumps that weigh 60+ pounds. The hours were awful and they lied to me about the hour's. Just get a education and stay out of factory work.
