Only 2% annual raises. No light duty if recovering from sickness/injury. No real incentives to do an above average job--just the usual, superficial coffee mugs, cupcakes, company T-shirts, "employee appreciation" parties etc. Chronically understaffed on nursing side which leads to bad employees getting away with murder and good employees getting overworked (w/ little-to-no additional compensation) to make up for the bad employees and the employees that don't show up. Of course this is pretty normal for nursing homes based on personal experience & testimonials of past & present coworkers.
