Pros

Team environment. Great clients to work with. Great philosophies, although not always implemented.

Cons

Co workers who should not be in this field, unprofessional and unmotivated, a lot of uneducated from lower classes.

Pros

Great consumers! They made it worth getting up in the morning. Good hours. Nice balance between staying inside and going outside.

Cons

PAY IS HORRIBLE. COWORKERS. Not great management. Very little money budgeted to help improve the quality of program for the clients, while big bosses were giving themselves bonuses.
