Pros

- If you have good co-workers things can be easy - The PWS will be the main people you tend to appreciate and love about the job - Supporting them, helping them learn and grow is wholesome

Cons

- Management and anyone above sucks and some are pretty passive aggressive - Communication could be better - Pay is not worth the work they try to load on you, and they make it your fault and blame you if its not done (despite all the other things you have to deal with) - Depending on your location you'll either have a rough or easy time, nothing is consistent - be prepared to work with people straight-out of high school (most of the time they don't care) - Also please note because it has been said...if you advocate the 11th time and don't get what's necessary try the 12th time (yet if your told once to do something your expected to do it right away)
