the knowlegde i am getting to bring to my next job-although training is virtually non -existant- you learn on your own- and how NOT to treat employees

Cons

lack of compensation 10% pay cut and contanstanly being micro managed -too much stress for too little pay

Great fellow employees. They really cared about doing the right thing. Mid-level management was decent enough. I believe the company wanted to move forward but the economy got in the way. Pay was decent enough at the beginning but has been cut by almost 15% over the last year.

Cons

Pay and benefits drastically suffered during this downturn. Senior level management have made some huge mistakes and when the economy tanked it caught the company with it's pants down. Hence the level of debt has caused the reduction in workforce to half of what it was 3 years ago. No future for employees now and bankruptcy is still an option.
