Roadway Employee's Given Preference over Yellow

Strong network of services, overall good company struggling to make up for bad financial decisions by mgmt.

Cons

After the merger between Roadway and Yellow, it seems pretty obvious to former Yellow AND former Roadway employees that preference was given to former Roadway workers over Yellow workers when it comes to layoffs. Very few of the old Yellow employees are still around. YRC is slowing becoming Roadway again...
