Pros

The population served and supportive co-workers.

Cons

Upper management is cold and ingenious toward staff. Behind closed doors, some of the top executives are unprofessional, demeaning, and in desperate need of strength- based leadership skills.

Pros

attracts lots of radical queer people of color

Cons

very toxic and stifling place full of microaggressions towards black women, trans people, and anyone under the age of 30. no opportunity for advancement and no encouragement to develop professionally. "shut up and do things the way we've always done them" should be their motto.
