Pros

You will make lots of money. Most of the time.

Cons

Horrible/lazy managers. Take their jobs too seriously. WAY too many rules for a restaurant. Managers will play favorites. Everyone that works there is drama oriented and catty.

Pros

You get amazing hours, great pay, and free meals if you work in the kitchen or at front desk. They will work around your schedule.

Cons

The rude customers because you work at a new restaurant, the unfair promotions, and the managers are awful. They all tell you how to do your job completely different leaving you in confusion. Some managers have favorites and you can tell from your schedule because the "favorite" gets scheduled almost everyday while the rest of us get just a few days.

Pros

- Good tips - Good food - Fellow employees

Cons

- Management does not care about anything other than covering their own butts - Encourage us to work as a "team" but don't let employees resolve their own issues - Get written up for breathing the wrong way - Management does not care what you have to say, and treat employees with no respect - Had a sexual harassment issue with one of the managers, he was found guilty and RETURNED to work and continued giving me write-ups for things such as "Eating a chocolate covered gummy bear on the clock" (which was given to me by another trainer) - Lost my job for clocking in at 4:00:32 for a 4:00 scheduled shift as the idiot manager says "To be early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late, and to be late is unacceptable" They are idiots. Bottom line
