      Salaries are very low, job titles do not reflect actual roles, promotions are not awarded to those with experience but individuals who can be molded in to what management wants

We are also glad to hear that you enjoy our great company benefits. Salary equity is important to employee satisfaction and is an area we feel strongly about as a company. Yardi maintains a competitive compensation plan, and promotions (based on merit and performance) happen consistently throughout the organization. We encourage you to speak with our VP of HR to further discuss your concerns and suggestions for improvement.

      Pros

      Free health insurance- this is hard to find!!! Great culture, great people, i love the challenges I face each day. I really love this company.

      Cons

      No permanent work from home option. The cost of living in roswell/ surrounding cities is very expensive. Currently, I would like to move away from the city-cost of living much lower. But I am unable to because yardi has not announced the requirements of how many days we will have to return to the office. So many employees are interested in moving away from the city/traffic. Please give us a permanent WFH option.
