      Pros

      Great people and good environment with solid work balance life for most employees.

      Cons

      While Yardi is a large company with several thousand employees it feels like there is a "revolving door" of employees being hired and leaving the company. Moving between positions can be challenging.

      Low pay is the only issue at Yardi but they take care of employees in a very profound way. Slow promotions Low bonus
