      Stable Job, Stable Sector, Stable Incremental Growth

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for horizontal or diagonal growth, hard to actually focus on growing in general with this position because of the kind of work that is done. Only real growth is within the same products, supporting capacity, and situation defusing. Hard skill growth is hard to come by. As your tenure at Yardi increases, so do the responsibilities, but the pay:workload ratio doesn't increase at the same rate.

      As a Technical Account Manager, you play a critical role in the company’s success and we appreciate all that you do to take care of our clients.    Our eLearning team is continuously working on classroom trainings and online classes to help employees grow, as well as regular trainings for managers.       We take pride in our culture and transparency and live by our corporate motto on a daily basis - to take care of our clients, take care of our employees, and take care of our communities. All our offices have a representative on the company-wide “Fun Committee” to plan social events in each office – prior to covid, these were in-person events and have now transitioned to host remote events.
