Pros

I worked a Yardi for three months. Only to do credit training then I was let go without a chance to even job cause I did not pass final of credit training. They give you all the hard problems so you will fail. They are always hiring for customer service rep with no intent to keep anyone I am sure. I have worked 15years in customer service and never felt so devalued in a position. Their training was a little intense. Kinda ridiculous. They set you up to fail. I am sure the job was 10 times harder than the training but I guess answering phones is not too complicated. I have worked customer service for 15 years never in my life.

Cons

Training was too intense and the job was not what you expected. It over exceeded and unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Innovative company with good benefits. Was a very family oriented company prior to the pandemic.

Cons

Managers could use sensitivity training on diversity. Not an equal opportunity employer as certain employees receive different treatment. Pay is not competitive in comparison to other companies.
