My office was really close to my favorite pizza restaurant.

Cons

Extremely poor leadership. I did not experience a team environment, but one where the manager of our office belittled us and told us we could do better. This was not done in an encouraging way, but one of shame and disappointment.

All company salaries are benchmarked against quantified Radford salary data and our wonderful benefits include 100% paid health care premiums for employees, a FSA plan, generous 401k profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more. We also offer competitive time off (PTO/Vacation), paid holidays, and floating holidays throughout the year and believe in using this time for a positive work-life balance. Our eLearning team is continuously working on classroom trainings and online classes to help employees grow, as well as regular trainings for managers. You have to fight for fair wages if you’re a WOC Bad management Some verticals are much harder than others but there isn’t a major pay difference, take Aff and PHA versus Residential and Marketing Lastly and the worst part about Yardi is in the first year they push you to become salaried and promise you half days yet when you try to request half days which is supposed to be about the only perk you get bc they pay increase is very little, they don’t allow you to. What is the benefit of working more than 40+ if you can’t even get 4 hours off in exchange?
