      1. You'll have some excellent benefits that start on day 1. 2. You'll be working with some awesome and amazing people.

      Cons

      Lately, there have been concerns about our jobs being outsourced. The open positions on the client success teams don't appear to be back-filled. That along with layoffs have made a few of us feel uneasy. We're seeing Programming take on a greater role with delivering solutions to clients. Does this mean in a year or two or three, that all solutions and all TAM work will be done by them?

      Initially accepting a remote position with the option to be hybrid but now being required to come in once a week prevented a team member who is very valuable to the team I was on to have to go to another team because CSD needed to be tied to an office where if she moved a year ago, she would have been able to remain on the team. Bogus HR rules.

We are transparent about our hybrid work model which is communicated clearly to employees during the recruitment process. While we appreciate that working 1-day per week from the office may present some challenges, we believe the hybrid work model provides tremendous flexibility to our employees and most employees appreciate the freedom of choice.
