Easy to learn the job rotations, free foods on overtime nights and before the holiday, paid holidays and paid shutdowns. The benefits are nice.

Cons

Toxic work environment, medical blames you for getting hurt because the company doesn't want to be reliable for your injuries, Absolutely no flexibility for medical notes/restrictions from doctors when they ask for medical note to be excused for any restrictions. Overtime is a must and even on some holidays!
