Pay can be good. You can meet some very nice people. If you are a good worker and have good attendance they management will work with you. OVERTIME.

Cons

drama drama drama. Its like a real life soap opera and your on. People are rude and manipulative. If you get on the wrong persons bad side.. Consider looking for another job and leave respectivly. Or go through hell until u quit or are fired. They will drain the life out of you.

If you are straight out of high school and need to make some money, by all means work for yates at a factory.

Cons

If you enjoy having any sort of a social life whatsoever, or dislike the idea of performing the exact same actions for 8-10 hours a day during horribly inconvenient hours, don't work for yates.
