Pros

I made more money working here than anywhere. Good, affordable insurance. Air conditioned work area. Wish I was still working there. I would go back to work there in a minute.

Cons

The hours we worked interfered with family a lot. Some supervisors got away with some bad behavior. Before you decide that this place is so bad though, you need to work at some of the hell holes I have had to work at since.

Lots of hours, Great pay, steady work, good benefits. I loved the job that I had here and it really hurt when they brought stuff up from a year earlier and used it to fire me.

Cons

Never ever trust anybody that you meet while you work at Yates at Nissan. They will throw you under the bus to fit in with the crowd. If you get hurt on the job, say nothing to anybody... It will be put on your record, it will be used against you to fire you. Just go to the hospital on your own. If your supervisor treats you and your fellow employees like dogs do not tell Human Resources. They are on the side of management and will get you fired.
