Pros
This is a large company with a great benefits package. You receive 48 hours annually personal time that can be used for what ever you need. Those 48 hours are split in half 24 hours of paid time off and 24 hours of unpaid time off, you choose which one you would draw from. You also receive 2 weeks out of the year paid vacation. Once in the summer and once in the winter.
Cons
There are allot of lazy individuals that lack integrity and motivation within this company. Boiled down, they dont care about the quality of the product being produced.
